FUNCTIONING
An operator places the part at the entrance of the conveyor belt. The part is automatically recognized by the sensors and is then automatically folded and sorted to the appropriate stacker station.
Due to this automatic sorting system, manual pre-sorting is not necessary. As a result, each folding program can handle up to 4 different parts, which are automatically recognized, folded and sent to the appropriate stacker station. After reaching the height
of pre-established stack, the stack with the folded pieces is transported to the end of the output belt.
FlexFold AT230 is capable of folding pieces with a maximum size of 230 x 120 cm.
